Frequently asked questions

What Camera(s) Do I Use?

I have started a pretty decent collection, I will not lie. I just upgraded to the GoPro 7 Silver for sporty needs, a Sony a6000 mirrorless camera, as well as a Nikon D3400. Additionally, several of my photos are taken on a best friend Brigitte's Nikon D3200 from 2016/2017! Also, iPhone. I have one of the newer versions, although if you know me you know i'm not a huge phone person (aka do not need the latest and greatest)!

How Do I Find Time to Travel?

It isn't easy, but working from home is my biggest advocate for making the time. However, I utilize holidays, extra weekends, Fridays, anything I can do make time to travel. If it is something you want to do, make it a priority! Additionally I love traveling alone, which is great for spur of the moment trips!

What Do You Do For a Living?

This question always makes me laugh, but I used to work in the technology industry in software sales. Check out my Linkedin Profile Here and see my work experience. Yes, I worked as a concierge and a barista prior to my career in sales. More to come on this topic, but I really felt no passion for what I was doing anymore. A lot happened in the last few months of the year, but for now I am taking ample time given with COVID to understand more about what my next career move will be. It is exciting, scary, gives me anxiety, but 2021 should be a very transformative year in that space for me!

How Many Countries Have You Visited?

26 countries total! And counting of course..

What is On The Agenda for 2021?

Ahh COVID-19, here we are once again! Travel is still at a standstill for the most part, but I have my pre and post vaccine travel list as visiting: Savannah, Georgia, Joshua Tree National Park, & the great state of Alaska for USA travel when safe. I am currently sitting at 29 U.S. States, so it would be an epic "alternative" to my 30 before 30 challenge as I turn 30 this coming November! As for travel outside of the U.S., pending safety of course: Iceland, Portugal, & Scandanavian countries in Europe would be the most realisitic. However, if there was an option to swing a trip to New Zealand for my 30th birthday this year, that would be INCREDIBLE!
